FAQ

Who is this training for?

This training is designed for established yoga teachers who want to add or deepen Yin Yoga in their teaching, as well as dedicated practitioners with at least one year of consistent practice.

Do I need to already hold a teaching certification?

No formal certification is required to join, though this program is structured as YACEP continuing education and is best suited to teachers or committed practitioners with prior yoga experience.

What's the difference between this and the 100H Yin Yoga Teacher Training?

This 50H training covers the foundational knowledge needed to teach Yin Yoga, entirely in person, with a focus on functional anatomy and myofascial meridians. The 100H Yin Yoga Teacher Training goes further in depth and is a hybrid format, 50 hours online plus 50 hours in person in Ubud, Bali, with the online portion accessible for life. It also covers topics this 50H program does not, including the five elements, the organs, TCM meridian theory and Yoga Nidra.

What is included in the package?

Inclusions vary slightly by accommodation tier and cover the training manual, YACEP certification, daily breakfast, transfers and program ceremonies. See Package Options above for the full comparison.
