Overview
A retreat into yoga,
held by nature.
Sahaja means something already present, simply uncovered. Natural. Effortless. Unforced.
What happens when you return to that? When your practice, your health and your life are no longer pushed, but supported by a natural rhythm?
Noise, constant activity and ongoing stimulation make it difficult to stay with anything long enough for it to settle. Over time, this doesn't just affect the mind, but also the body: sleep, digestion, energy, and the ability to feel steady.
This Retreat Is For You If:
- You are drawn to nature, simplicity and a quieter kind of luxury
- You want to support your nervous system, sleep, digestion and steadiness
- You feel called to step away from crowds, noise and constant stimulation
- You are willing to slow down and stay with the process
- You already have a practice and want the right conditions for it to deepen
- You want to deepen your practice without entering a full training

FAQ
Where should I arrive?
You can arrive in Lombok through Lombok International Airport or one of the main harbours. Airport or harbour pickup is included in the retreat package. We generally recommend arriving by airplane, as the fast boat journey can sometimes be long and uncomfortable depending on weather conditions.
When should I arrive?
The retreat officially begins at 3:00 PM on the first day. Arriving earlier that morning is completely fine. Please allow enough time for possible flight delays, transport and settling in before we begin together.
What meals are included?
The package includes 2 meals per day: breakfast daily, plus either lunch or dinner depending on the schedule. The remaining meal is left free so you can explore the area and discover local restaurants at your own pace.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We provide vegan and vegetarian meals during the retreat. Please inform us in advance about any allergies or specific dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do I need to bring yoga equipment?
No, we provide yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and all basic props needed. Feel free to bring any personal equipment you love practicing with if it helps you feel more at home.
Is transportation during the retreat provided?
Yes. We provide shuttle transport to nearby beaches and towns during the retreat. Airport or harbour pickup in Lombok is also included in the package.
Are massages available?
Yes. Massage treatments are available during the retreat for an additional charge.
What should I pack?
Light comfortable clothing, a light sweater or shawl for mornings and evenings, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, personal medication, a journal or notebook, and comfortable sandals or walking shoes.
What is the weather like in February?
February falls in Lombok's wet season, so the island is warm, humid and very green. Expect warm temperatures, sunny spells, and tropical rain that is often short but can be heavy. Bring light breathable clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, a light rain layer, and something warm for evenings.
What currency should I bring?
The local currency is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We recommend carrying some cash for smaller local shops, cafés or transport.
Spaces Are Limited
