Privacy Policy

Shri Sanctuary (“we”, “us”) is a yoga school run by Dea Putri in Indonesia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, write to us at hello@shrisanctuary.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through a form on this site:

• Contact and waitlist form: your name, email address, the topic you selected and your message.
• Newsletter box: your email address.
• Retreat applications (Sahaja and Kembali): your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, room or package choice, who you are booking with, dietary needs or allergies, any health conditions or injuries you tell us about, an emergency contact, how you heard about us and your message.

Health information is optional beyond what you decide to share. We ask for it only so we can look after you safely during a retreat.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your message, manage your waitlist place or application, plan meals, rooms and safety for a retreat, and send the updates you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is sent and stored

When you submit a form, the details are sent by email to Dea Putri’s inbox. This site is hosted and its form emails are delivered by Cloudflare, and email is received through Gmail. These providers handle data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose above, and for retreat applications for as long as needed to run the retreat and meet any legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. A page that embeds a YouTube video (using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode) or links to Instagram is subject to those services’ own policies once you click through.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you updates. Email hello@shrisanctuary.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Children

This site and our programmes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top.
